Shipping

Delivery times​

Within the Netherlands the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Shipping costs

Netherlands: Free shipping on orders above €75. For orders under €75 the shipping costs are €5.95.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.

 

Returns

At ProHockeySport you can easily return items if you are not satisfied. You have 14 days to return your purchase, starting from the day you received the package.

 

Return conditions

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Products such as grips, strings, and socks that have been opened cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

 

How do you return?

Complete the enclosed return form. Do you no longer have these? Download a new form from our website.

Pack the items carefully, preferably in the original packaging.

Return costs

Return costs are at your own expense, unless it concerns an incorrectly delivered or defective product.

We will reimburse the return costs for incorrectly delivered or defective products. In this case, please contact our customer service for a return label.

 

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a refund within 5 working days via the same payment method you used.

 

Exchange

Do you want to exchange a product for a different size, color or model? Then place a new order and return the unwanted product according to the return procedure above.
